We love the Overlook at Stonemill Apartments and are in the process of renewing for our fourth year. The office staff is extremely professional and accommodating. The maintenance workers are exceptional and immediately remedy any issues that occur. Our daughter loves to wave and say "hi" to them when we saw them around the complex. My husband loves to use the large Weber gas grills (there are four on the property!) throughout the year. There is a small, well-kept playground for our children. The appliances could be a little better, but overall we like it a lot. Lived here for 1.5 years. The Apartment has a 'newer' feel than all others we looked it.
I lived here with a couple of roommates for almost 2 years. I moved back to Richmond but I absolutely loved living at Stonemill! I wish there were more places like this where I live now! I highly recommend it!
