I lived at The Overlook for two years and loved my apartment. Their gym and pickle ball court are top-tier amenities. The office puts on great resident events. I got to know quite a few neighbors going to them. Maintenance response time is quick and the office staff is always willing to help with any questions I had. We recently had a tour with Jennifer and it was incredible! The property has so much to offer and we love the location!
Don't do it. Their office staff are horrible, oh, they'll be friendly at first, but turn as soon as you end the lease. The maintenance staff, will tell you to run a flush through your non-functioning dishwasher and swear that your hot water heater is fine, even when you clearly smell gas. And your security deposit? You can forget that. You'll see cracks in the walls and ceilings, critters are in your kitchen and that balcony you are seeing in the brochure from you bedroom? It's not there anymore.
