I rented a room at the Overlook at St. Gabriel's from June 3 to August 20, 2026, through a company called Fllat (Bright Aura Flats LLC). I paid all my rent on time and moved out on August 16, leaving the room clean, with a video and the keys left as instructed. Great job by the maintenance team at the Overlook at St. Gabriel’s. They responded same day shortly after my call. It took a couple of attempts to get my bathroom fan replaced, but they kept at it and got it right. Much appreciated.
Rick and Jean were both very helpful with two different issues I had. They were able to fix them quickly and were both in good moods the whole time. I’m very grateful for they’re help.
Rick was extremely helpful. We had a problem with the fire alarms, but Rick came and fixed them quickly.
