Living at The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s has been a great experience so far. The management team is honestly one of the best I’ve ever dealt with — they’re responsive, organized, and genuinely seem to care about creating a positive living environment. One of my favorite parts of the property is the quiet study space with the stained glass windows. I’ve lived at The Overlook for a little over 2 months now, and one of the things that really stands out is how great the management team is. They’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond when something comes up. You can tell they actually care about the residents and the community — they’re always organizing fun events, keeping us informed, and making the property feel well-run and welcoming. They willingly let people illegally park on handicap spots. You text their concierge about it and they ignore you.
Maintenance (Rick) is always super helpful and efficient!
Parking here is a disaster, and management couldn’t care less. Check the photos (if some look like duplicates it's actually because it's the same cars mutiple days): cars double-parked, drivers illegaly hogging handicap spots, storm-drain pipes busted and leaking. The garage looks like a hoarder’s dump, packed with furniture abandoned by former tenants. Higher-ups have recently replaced the last crew for doing a miserable job, but this new staff isn’t any better—they need to go, too.
