I was staying in this place for a few months and left in September last year . The apartment hallway has been very dirty lately. The cleaning staff used to vacuum almost every day, but over the past few weeks I haven’t seen any cleaning at all. There are small trash and salt on the floor, and it’s clear that it hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The apartment hallway is a common area that should obviously be maintained and kept clean by the apartment management. There is also a weird smell on the first floor. Has the staff been changed? I hope it can be maintained as cleanly as before.
When I had to end my lease early due to being hired in a different state, Karen Urbino the leasing manager let me out of my lease one month early without any problems. She is wonderful. The building has also responded to any problems of mine instantly and it is managed very well. Rent is overly expensive, but that is something to be expected in a luxury building with great amenities.
Our dishwasher stopped working, and after calling maintenance, it turned out it couldn’t be fixed. It was simply broken. Jean and Rick handled everything, ordered a new one, and had it up and running in less than a week. Excellent!!!
