Ariana was great with helping me sign my first lease. Made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She’s great and so far so good with the apartment
Do NOT move here especially if you have a FAMILY. They will take your money (over 4k) and evict you. There is mold in the apartments, they'll gaslight you. If there is a broken appliance they'll 'fix' it until you put in 2-4 more work orders and actually get the old appliances replaced. They pick and choose which policies to enforce. Just save yourself the stress and financial dumpster fire this place is. The laundry room is crap and they sometimes clean the pool or just throw in the chemicals. Put in work orders for the kitchen floor falling through, needing pest control, the sliding doors were to be picked up a year ago, and Everytime the orders are marked completed but never done. Doors still on front walkway for maintenance a year later while they see them and walk by them Everytime. My foot fell through the floor (we love on the second floor), and the work order has been marked completed when they haven't repaired it. Our dishwasher has been unusable since we moved in Dec 2023. It’s been over 4 months and still haven’t gotten my money back. Think twice before applying because you won’t get your refundable money back even after calling multiple times
the washing/drying machines are broken. we have asked them to fix them multiple times now. instead they buy new golf cars! and do you want to sleep in on a days off of work?? too bad they offer a premium weekly leaf blowing service at 8 in the morning that you can’t turn off!
