Horrible management and Mainence roaches and falling apart appliances!! Outdated!!
I’ve lived here almost two years now, I’ve been in two different units. Day 1, I pick up my keys and go inside my unit and within minutes of being inside there was a cockroach crawling up my kitchen wall. I should have taken that as a sign then. The severe infestation this property has is unreal. I requested a couple of times for pest control, it was supposedly scheduled, and no one ever showed up. I have dropped hundreds of dollars (that I couldn’t afford mind you) in pest control supplies for it to not even scratch the sur... read more
I like it here and the front office they are really nice to me but the washer and dryer’s don’t work to well.
I’ve had a great experience living here at the overlook at pantano apartments! The apartment complex is well-maintained, the community is welcoming, and the management team is friendly, professional, and responsive. Any questions or concerns are handled promptly, which makes a big difference in the years that I’ve been here.
