The apartments are cute inside and the price currently for rent and utilities is great. However, we have many complaints after living here for 2 months. The laundry room is disgusting. It’s hot and humid inside and the appliances smell like mildew. There was also many washers/dryers that did not work. Maintenance has come once since we moved in and they fixed absolutely nothing besides installing a new kitchen light and fixing our front door latch. I lived since 2024 or 2025 at first I hated here but I got used to it when I first moved here me and my family had so many problems with my bathroom and the kitchen and the mailboxes but they fixed it and the staff is really nice here they helped me a lot but the only problem is the dryers here sometimes it works and doesn’t work
Shoutout to the new manager italia and the girls they have been great!! Thank you for cleaning this place up
Only reason they get three stars and not a zero and petition is Ari she been helpful kind supportive and more she the only person who answer and responded when I needed help and made sure stuff got done idk nobody else in that office it’s always a diff chick is the apt bad yes 100 percent but Ari is doing everything alone as far as me and my blind mom is concerned so thanks again she need a raise or something
