Do not live here. Mailboxes are always broken into. The management team is unresponsive to inquiries and emails (which has cost me and not them). Maintenance team is extremely lacking in maintaining grounds and units, that is why the complex has a roach and pest issues as well as appliances and units not being taken care of appropriately. The amount of police presence on any given day is astounding. It is very unsafe, no security on grounds and if there is, they do not make themselves be known.
