I tell all my friends who are moving within the springs to come to the overlook! The staff is attentive and take care of issues promptly, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the amenities are fantastic. 4+ years of living here and have extended my lease each time.
The staff is super friendly and the apartments are clean and well kept.
The Overlook has been an amazing place to live! We love all the activities the staff put on like grocery bingo and valentine flower arrangement. Thank you!
Beautiful complex all around from landscaping to clubhouse/pool to the units themselves, everything is clean and kept up great. We love it here! Staff is always kind, they put on great community events and are proud of the complex.
