We toured 12 different complexes in Colorado Springs and went with Overlook at Interquest, and are so happy that we did. We were moving across states and Shannon made the process so easy: from setting up an in-person tour, the application process, to moving in. Pool, gym, clubhouse, package room and coffee bar are amazing and always well kept. Updated from 1 star review. The leasing office did work with us and allow a family member to put the furniture/boxes into our reserved garage. The place so far after 10 days has been fantastic and we are loving everything about the place. Hoping to eventually update review to a 5 star. We recently signed a lease for the Overlook based on the wonderful reviews, but slowly during the process, some of the poor reviews we’ve seen are unfortunately true. Only complaint is it’s supposed to be a gated community. The gates are always open during the day which shouldn’t be. But on the other end, the gates do not always work. The side gate specifically isn’t working (opening). Aside from this, it’s a nice place to live.
Great looking facility with the best staff. Tons of community events. The gym and pool are amazing. Overall a great place to live.
