Great looking facility with the best staff. Tons of community events. The gym and pool are amazing. Overall a great place to live.
Took a tour of this lovely complex, the staff was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. Was considering to relocate to Colorado Springs and this complex was recommended, relocation unfortunately didn’t happen. But this left an impression, from the community itself, to the staff. Thank you for tour and friendliness. I had looked at this place about 3 weeks ago, and had forgotten to leave a review. But I was honestly impressed it, and wanted to let other potential renters about my experience
We recently signed a lease for the Overlook based on the wonderful reviews, but slowly during the process, some of the poor reviews we’ve seen are unfortunately true. We are moving across the country to Colorado which entails a lot of tricky parts (especially with a move in date being on the 15th and not the 1st). Overall, I do enjoy living in this apartment complex. The unit is spacious, and the in-apartment amenities meet my needs well. The location is another strong point — it’s convenient and makes daily life easier. Maintenance is a highlight here. They respond to service requests quickly and handle repairs professionally.
