Overlook? More like Overpriced!! If you want to pay a lot to live with bed bugs, roaches, rats, squirrels in vents etc then move in and oh yeah car windows get smashed over here way more then I do.

I've lived here through a couple of different property managers and this one is by far the best. Maintenance is on top of their game and repairs are done in a very timely and efficient manner. Rhiannon Burkhart is a great apartment manager as well. She is a great communicator and very personable and keeps in constant touch with the tenants about any issues that might occur thru text and email. New mailboxes as well as Amazon hub. The location is great for UC or Cincinnati State students. Close to downtown and interstate.
Rhiannon Burkhart is a great Property Manager, maintenance is always on time and very flexible and communicative with issues brought to them. Great place to stay nice renovations.
The place is changing into something very good. We’ve been here for a year now. We were here 2-3 months under the old management and 1 year with the new management. During this time we only had good experiences with the new property manager and the maintenance staff. They are super friendly, were never rude, were always there, and were willing to get our issues resolved. Our unit doesn’t have any roaches.
