Where do I begin! It’s definitely Not a gated community, only one of the four gates work. Since the new buyers and new management came in, it fell apart! You call the office for something, good luck with your phone call being answered! Don’t make the manager mad at you, it won’t turn out good for you! There is dog crap throughout the neighborhood and overflowing trash constantly because they dont have any staff. All in all its a very disgusting place I wouldn't live here again. Probably shouldn't report to the CDC and still might
We have now moved into month two of renting here. I can say if I needed a repair it gets fixed immediately. Gated community it's NOT. Im learning the gates gave been broken over a year. Residents continue to complain and want a gated community. However that's our ONLY ISSUE so far
