Jaelyn has been so helpful and patient. I’m relocating from Texas, which her and Ms Janice, I believe is her name. Gets the job done. Will be doing an update. Stay tuned.
The Overlook was by far my favorite apartment complex that I toured in Topeka to date. The community felt very safe and secure. The outside of the complex as well as the landscaping was clean and maintained. Not to mention the units are absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend giving this complex a look if you are looking for a perfect one bedroom spot!
