I've had a business relationship with the Overlook Apartments for a number of years. I have enjoyed working with the manager Amber and head of maintenance Wes in keeping up with the maintenance on the stonework for each building in the complex. They take a lot of pride in keeping the Overlook the nicest apartments in Topeka.

I literally could not ask for a better maintenance team . They are quick, fast and efficient when it comes to work orders.
Jaelyn has been so helpful and patient. I’m relocating from Texas, which her and Ms Janice, I believe is her name. Gets the job done. Will be doing an update. Stay tuned.
