Love the customer service and how efficient this property is. If i have any issues (rare) they are on top of it! From the beginning of my process of moving in the staff has been great. I want to recognize Jennifer especially, if I can recommend anyone to assist with your moving experience here it is her.
We had a wonderful experience living at Overlook Apartments for more than three years. The community was always clean, well-maintained, organized, and peaceful, making it an amazing place to call home. One of the highlights was the management and maintenance team, who were always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Hello everyone! You should 1000% move here! Susie will go above and beyond for those that live there or are interested in the property. I toured the property and it is absolutely beautiful. It's in a safe area, and beautifully maintained. Now on to why I say this. It was March and I was looking at the time for a June move in. Despite most apartments telling me no, she went out of her way to offer me an apartment that met all the needs I had. FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE!!!
