Had a unit there during Covid-managers used that as an excuse to not interact with new tenants. Basically left our unit open with the keys and rental lease on the counter. Didn’t get to use any amenities the entire time there-there are other, much nicer apartments besides this one. Gate is always open/broken and lots of people milling around that don’t live there.
I applied here over a month ago and put a hold on a place, but they kept giving me the runaround about whether my application was approved. It took over a month, just because someone was still living there. I called them almost every day, multiple times a day, and got no answer. Now that the unit is empty, they finally call me. What a waste of time and money—it even knocked points off my credit for no reason. I applied to a different place and got approved in just two days. They're quick to take your money, though." Hiiiii :) I wish I could give this review 1000 stars. My lover and I are currently apartment hunting and came across these beautiful apartment homes, Tyler Williams is who assisted us. She is amazing, her aura stands out like a beautiful bright light, and she is so inspiring as a person. I recently moved to The Overlook. From the first visit to the move in, the staff has been so helpful and nice. Both the office staff and maintenance are amazing. They are all so polite and professional. Any issue or question that came up was taken care of promptly. The area is nice, calm and kept clean. We enjoy living here and feel at home. I would definitely recommend the apartments to family and friends.
