I applied here over a month ago and put a hold on a place, but they kept giving me the runaround about whether my application was approved. It took over a month, just because someone was still living there. I called them almost every day, multiple times a day, and got no answer. Now that the unit is empty, they finally call me. Hiiiii :) I wish I could give this review 1000 stars. My lover and I are currently apartment hunting and came across these beautiful apartment homes, Tyler Williams is who assisted us. She is amazing, her aura stands out like a beautiful bright light, and she is so inspiring as a person. I recently moved to The Overlook. From the first visit to the move in, the staff has been so helpful and nice. Both the office staff and maintenance are amazing. They are all so polite and professional. Any issue or question that came up was taken care of promptly. The area is nice, calm and kept clean. We enjoy living here and feel at home. I would definitely recommend the apartments to family and friends.
Ellie, Gabby and Susie are such a wonderful staff as well as the maintenance team Gilbert, Jamie, and Noah. My experience since day one has been wonderful and I am happy to be a resident at The Overlook.
