Edit: I feel like the quality of living has gone down since “The Apartment Gallery” bought The Overlook. There’s garbage everywhere in the grass, along with dog poop and cigarette butts. Communication from the property manager is close to non-existent; I love coming home to find that the hallways are dark and the light bulbs above each apartment door have been removed, with no notice. There are passive aggressive signs that are posted in the entryways of buildings, addressing smokers, leaving old mail, etc. What has happened... read more

If I wrote everything I wanted to say it would be an extremely long post. Do yorself a favor and rent elsewhere. I will say the grounds and community resources are nice but not worth the horrendous people skills of the property manager

OK, but trash outside every door makes the hallways stink. Offered as a “VIP” service, but exists only because so many tenants cannot be trusted to take care of their own trash. Hallways smell of trash and sometimes urine. Walls are very thin. Pool regularly visited by people who don’t live there. I’ve had several other issues they say are not the norm, but they are unwilling to compensate or apologize.
