OK, but trash outside every door makes the hallways stink. Offered as a “VIP” service, but exists only because so many tenants cannot be trusted to take care of their own trash. Hallways smell of trash and sometimes urine. Walls are very thin. Pool regularly visited by people who don’t live there. I’ve had several other issues they say are not the norm, but they are unwilling to compensate or apologize.
My wife and I moved to Overlook three years ago. Our experience has been phenomenal. Services the form of maintenance , trash collection, snow removal, are professionally performed timely. And more than satisfactory. The pool, workout center and conference facilities are perfect for our needs. I have no hesitation recommending Overlook as our 3 year experience has been terrific. We anticipate renewing for another 18 months too
I had lived at the Overlook for the last 3 years and the only reason I moved out last month was because of my job. Otherwise, I would've happily stayed there. The office and maintenance staff were very often a pleasure to work with; providing helpful answers to any questions I had. I never had any personal issues with the other tenants, the convenience of having onsite recycling was great, and the location of this property was very ideal for my lifestyle. I’m a future resident and can’t wait to move there.The overlook in camp hill is one of the beautiful apartment complex in the area. My lease with my current apartment will end on July cause my wife and are unhappier we prefer to pay them one month for free just to move to the overlook.
