I’m a future resident and can’t wait to move there.The overlook in camp hill is one of the beautiful apartment complex in the area. My lease with my current apartment will end on July cause my wife and are unhappier we prefer to pay them one month for free just to move to the overlook. Everyone is friendly and respectful. The highlight for me is definitely the pool during the summer months; it provides such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I've found it to be a very comfortable and safe place to call home.
overpriced and antisocial
One word to describe this place: Disappointing. When I moved in I had high expectations. 5 stars across the board, saying how quiet the complex is left and right and how this is a great place to live. I quickly learned that my expectations were about to drop. While 85% of management is polite, the walls are not thick whatsoever.
