These folks installed my garage door opener in 2016, and have been out for repairs a couple of times since. Communications and scheduling has always been quick and easy. And each time they've come out, the technician doing the work has been punctual, polite, and professional.
Work well done by the mechanic. However, their office should have managed my expectations that there is $85 long-distance charge when serving customers in Redwood City.
