First, the technicians themselves are great. They show up on time, they clearly care about the customer. We had a unique setup with a rollup door in a residential and an ATA Hiro motor they didn't normally service that stopped working (even though ATA had recommended we use Overhead Door Company). My beef is that when we got quoted to replace the motor, the quote included the removal and reinstall of the door itself. So the job was estimated at 5-6 hours. I didn't fight it at the time.
