Everything went fine until I got home and showed my unit to a friend and noticed the door in front of the water heater misaligned. After inspecting it the door latch is up against the fitting on the heater, to close the door you must force it closed which pushes the water heater back quite a ways. The fitting is tight and won't go in no more. So now I can drive three hours, waste a days time and go back to Middlebury or take a grinder to my new unit to clearance the fitting/door latch.
