Worst experience ever. Skip this place for any event seating like Mother’s Day. They are disorganized and seatings are bunched. Never got seated and went to a restaurant down the street. Employees were clueless. Terrible customer service.
We hosted a post-elopment wedding celebration in July and had the best time! The space looked even better in person than in the photos online. The bar staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. We had the best experience working with Jamie! We planned the party from out of town, and she made the planning process seamless. She was incredibly communicative, professional, and accomodating. Very nice place for wedding reception!
The Outlet offers such a wide variety of options for personal and business events. I've attended several lunch and learn events. The wedding reception flowed flawlessly with special attention to requested food items. Delicious and not the typical wedding food. I attend a weekly meeting at The Outlet where no food is involved. We are fortunate to have a large space, great food options, easy to drive to with many parking spaces in Glen Carbon!
