I generally enjoy living in this apartment community, but I recently had an experience that was extremely disappointing. While in a common area, I overheard one of the male leasing agents speaking negatively about downtown Lansing, describing the area as “not nice” and referring to people on the River Trail as “weird.” What made this especially concerning is that these are the same staff members responsible for promoting both this property and the broader Lansing community to prospective residents. If you’re looking for a place where the maintenance team responds faster than I share Instagram reels with my friends, then The Outfield is it. I’m convinced that their maintenance team either lives in my walls or can smell when something is broken. Beautiful place. Eris and Isaiah are amazing. Positive and welcoming energy, and a fantastic location. I can't say enough good things. Im so glad for the opportunity to live here. I was sold when I entered the lobby and there was a free Starbucks coffee machine. Everyone should live here!
The best apartment complex around! Staff is so friendly and helpful, going so far as to jump my car a couple of times this winter when the battery died in the sub-zero temperatures! The location is convenient to everything in town.
Landmark is absolutely amazing! Great workers and communication is very well. I love landmark and it’s so nice!!
