JP is the best realtor in the 4x4 area. He is very knowledgeable about this unique area. JP was great to work with, espically when my first buyer coundn't get financing he was able to get me a new buyer within a couple of days. He is very helpful but not bothersome trying to get listing like other agents I have worked with, he waited until I was ready to list house.
