Everyone was amazing; Shannon, our nurse was just perfect
I am attending Pulmonary Therapy and I feel that it is keeping me motivated and giving me information that can help me deal with my diseases. The instructors are caring and helpful. I have times when I feel like I can’t move and once I get started I am ok, a few other days I just can’t do it. I am thinking about asking if I can continue the program again. My experience with your urgent care was excellent, but and it’s a big but….Today I’m without a medical provider because you and United Healthcare can’t come to an agreement, I’m a 73 YO woman with a United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plan and basically have no in network medical coverage because you pretty much have a monopoly here on the outer banks. Unfortunately because it’s a smaller market, this plan is the only option that my 76 YO husband’s employer has. So we’re between a rock and a hard place. Not a good feeling.
