This dispensary is filled with liars. The packaging is different than the product that comes out of it and if you want to exchange it and get what you wanted they won’t take it. Liars, never coming here again.
Had a good experience at The Ounce. The staff was friendly and actually took the time to answer my questions instead of rushing me through. They had a big selection, the store was organized, and the deals were easy to understand. Everything went smoothly and I’d definitely come back.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with how this situation was handled. I brought back a new disposable before using it because the wax looked unusually dark and I was concerned something might be wrong with it. I was told that the dispensary had contacted the company and that the wax was supposed to look that way, so they would not accept the return. The employee then told me to make sure I preheated the device and inhaled slowly, because otherwise I might not get much vapor from it. That already seemed... read more
