Mediocre service. One of my Bushes died, when I called them they would question you making you feel like you want to take advantage. They broke my swimming pool system and then provided a cheap repair and after a month it broke where they had the repair. When notifying them about it once again they would treat you and talk to you as if you were trying to take advantage of them. Very disrespectful customer treatment.
The worst customer service. I wish I could give a zero. I never herd of a company that tells you the night before we will be there in the morning and then when you tell them sorry that doesn't work due to nobody will be there they show up anyway and can't do the inside of house and want to charge you cause ur not home.. some scam they have going..
