Great gym with excellent equipment and a welcoming environment. Zach stands out for his friendly personality and extensive knowledge of lifting and fitness. He’s approachable, helpful, and makes the gym experience even better.

Updating my review to 4 stars! After receiving an apology from the owner and continuing to experience kindness and helpfulness from the ladies, I’m happy to give credit where it’s due. The girls have ALWAYS been nice, welcoming, and available when I need assistance, and I appreciate that consistency. Amazing gym been here for 2-3 years roughly, equipment is second to none, staff is amazing, made some of my best friends at this gym. Staff is always willing to help and answer questions when and where it’s needed. If you have a bad experience at this gym then you are probably the problem.

I had a great experience at this gym! The environment is very warming and welcoming. I found the male desk worker to be super helpful when I asked about exercises. 5/5 stars, would recommend.

Great gym, very positive and motivating atmosphere. Great coaching that comes along with fantastic training. I’m excited to call this my new home gym.
