The insoles last 1 yr only. Paid over $500 threw the doctors office. Waste of money. Never buy again. Not worth the $500 for only 1 yr.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service. They will never reach out to you after submitting a request. You cannot get any help via phone call or email. They make good custom insoles but do NOT really on customer service or the lab to provide any assistance. Ive submitted multiple request for different reasons and never got any resolve and the lab never bothered to address it either.
