I wish had a better experience like the other reviews on this page. My experience has been very poor. I've been struggling to get any help with my situation. It took multiple phone calls to get someone on the phone, even though they mention on their site that their is a 24 hour nurse that you can talk to. I felt like the person I reached made me feel worse. I fidnt get many questions answered. Just I need to set up a new appointment costing me more money. I ended up apologizing like an idiot.
Dr Daniel Wagner really is a great provider! He performed my hip replacement 7 years ago at his previous partnership, so I tracked him down at OSMI when I had a slip and fall injury on the same joint. He certianly remembered me, made me feel right at home, and then got right to work helping me out. Very outstanding gentleman!
Updated review- after a few months of this review, they changed the way they manage appointments, now the wait is reasonable. I want to thank Doctor Beavers for not giving up on me and take the risk of doing my third shoulder surgery after Dr. Boothby said that there was nothing else he could and learn to live with pain for the rest of my life. Everyone here was amazing from the start I had no complaints they work really quick with in 2 weeks of coming in for my first appointment I had surgery. I cant say enough about Dr.Beavers and his staff they really did take care of me and went above and beyond to make sure my short term disability paper work was completed in a timely matter Thank you
This is truly a wonderful place to go for rehab. Tina was amazing—warm, funny, and incredibly supportive. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Tina helped me tremendously with my shoulder impingement. I honestly didn’t think I’d get back to feeling close to normal, but here I am. I’m so grateful for everything you did for me—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
