Scheduling, time management, and bedside manner need to be improved. I had been having pain in my lower back for months and was finally able to get an MRI. My insurance recommended OSM and my 1st appointment with OSM was to go over the MRI results (for the first time) and talk about next steps. My morning appointment had me sitting in 1.5hrs of traffic, which aggravated my back immensely, but the bigger disappointment was waiting ONE HOUR in the waiting room to be called back for my appointment. I was scheduled for knee surgery at OSM with Dr. Andrew Bryan almost immediately after my first visit, despite having complex hip, spine, and gait issues that were never fully reviewed. This has nothing to do with the actual care I did receive, the person who fit me with my brace was nice and the person who gave me my xray was nice as well. Unfortunately "nice" doesn't cut it when dealing with a torn ACL and upcoming surgery. I had a phone appointment to follow up on an MRI results they had sent me to urgently, but they had forgotten about me.
