This has nothing to do with the actual care I did receive, the person who fit me with my brace was nice and the person who gave me my xray was nice as well. Unfortunately "nice" doesn't cut it when dealing with a torn ACL and upcoming surgery. I had a phone appointment to follow up on an MRI results they had sent me to urgently, but they had forgotten about me. Great team of doctors, PA and office staff. I am grateful for the care I have received.
I’m sharing this in hopes to prevent a lot of pain and heartache for other patients- I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before embarking on a surgery with Dr. Petit. I’m 35 years old. I had a hip arthroscopy surgery last year (May 2024) and after a year of worse hip pain than before my surgery, I consulted another doctor this spring. He told me that because of two other issues that I have (femoral anteversion and hypermobility) he didn’t think I was a good candidate for the arthroscopy in the first place. In... read more
It’s been over a week since they were supposed to call me, and no one has reached out. I’ve tried calling several times , it always goes straight to voicemail and now the mailbox is full. The doctors are excellent but the customer service is seriously lacking.
Dr. Hegewald replaced my worn out ankle and realigned my foot bed. He did an AMAZING job! I can walk with my foot facing forward again! He's personable and listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. He's very easy to talk to as is his entire staff! Without exception...everyone at this clinic is awesome! I got my life back!!
