I’m sharing this in hopes to prevent a lot of pain and heartache for other patients- I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before embarking on a surgery with Dr. Petit. I’m 35 years old. I had a hip arthroscopy surgery last year (May 2024) and after a year of worse hip pain than before my surgery, I consulted another doctor this spring. It’s been over a week since they were supposed to call me, and no one has reached out. I’ve tried calling several times , it always goes straight to voicemail and now the mailbox is full. The doctors are excellent but the customer service is seriously lacking.
Dr. Hegewald replaced my worn out ankle and realigned my foot bed. He did an AMAZING job! I can walk with my foot facing forward again! He's personable and listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. He's very easy to talk to as is his entire staff! Without exception...everyone at this clinic is awesome! I got my life back!!
I had a very negative experience with OSM Scappoose. I showed up early for my 9:00am appointment, however, I ended up waiting 40 minutes past my scheduled time before I was even seen. I literally watched several bugs crawl across the floor of the dirty examination room while I waited. I've been dealing with a knee injury for the past 15 months.
