Great office staff. No wait. Dr. Metcalf spent time explaining everything before and after the surgery then went over it again at the post op. Great bedside manner.
I have had orthopedic surgery with 3 of the physicians there and they couldn't have done a better job. . Everyone is incredibly kind and they don't push you towards surgery for the first line of treatment. I need a knee replacement but I'm going to try the injections and a knee brace with physical therapy mixed in to prolong the time I can go before I have to have it replaced..
Dr Metcalf is the very best in his field!!! It was a pleasure to work with Him and his staff. I recommend them to all my friends. It is wonderful to move my shoulder again!!
Getting signed in for my appointment was easy with the use of a tablet that I was given. I received reminders about my appointment days in advance. Dr. Metcalf was fantastic! He spent an appreciated amount of time with me explaining in detail what he was seeing were the problems I’m experiencing with my shoulder. His staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience overall.
Doctor Metcalf has worked on both of my shoulders. He's a fantastic sugeon with an amazing team. The Orthopedic Partners is very professional and efficient. They've done all the legwork with my insurance company so I don't have to worry about anything but taking care of my health. They have a brilliant setup in the Cottonwood Heights location.
