The receptionist is so rude!!!! I mean we all have bad days but she absolutely should not be dealing with customer service especially people that don’t feel well
Tried to charge me nearly $5000.00 for braces that are under $100.00 anywhere else. Never charged my insurance company and I disputed it and they finally charged my insurance and got almost $3000.00 from them but they never sent me a bill for my 20% co pay. I get a bill finally 3 years later so I start paying on it and each month when I got a bill I made a payment on it and so I stopped getting bills and I tried calling them and left messages to call me back. Their billing end sucks! They call stating you owe money, press this number and you wait an eternity to get someone to talk someone. Send me a hard copy of my bill in the mail and I will gladly research if it was paid or not. Your current billing department is a joke!!!
They do there best every appointment!
