I am absolutely horrified by the treatment the office staff provided me over the phone. I received a call at work less than 48 hours before my new patient appointment informing me that the doctor wouldn't be able to see me, and I would have to reschedule. Dr. Hennessey gave me a pain free life again and I am able to perform my job without feeling exhausted from discomfort and pain. Thank you for taking the time and figuring out what was causing the hip pain and caring that I'm fairly young and reminding me I can enjoy my job again.
The receptionist is so rude!!!! I mean we all have bad days but she absolutely should not be dealing with customer service especially people that don’t feel well
Tried to charge me nearly $5000.00 for braces that are under $100.00 anywhere else. Never charged my insurance company and I disputed it and they finally charged my insurance and got almost $3000.00 from them but they never sent me a bill for my 20% co pay.
