I am genuinely disturbed by the lack of accountability I've observed at The Orthopedic Center at Mount Sinai West. The doctors are very “in and out” feels like a fast food service. Waiting room takes forever. Would not recommend.
I came to this orthopedics office on April 18, I was prescribed medication for pain just to call the pharmacy and they stated it was never sent over. I contacted the doctors office up until this date, and still have not received my medication. I am now back at the office to physically put in a complaint. The Dr I saw was Seneviratne
WARNING : if you do not need surgery come to see Dr. Unis is a waste of your time. What doesn’t make sense is why Mt. Sinai list that Dr. Unis is Ortho surgeon & sport medicine doctor. Dr. Unis is a nice doctor (only reason for 2stars) but if you don’t need surgery he will not be able to help you. What’s odd is my former Ortho ordered MRI’s without me needing surgery yet Dr. Unis wouldn’t order it for me. Total waste of time & I wish I didn’t travel all the way from Brooklyn to be told he couldn’t help me. The least he could... read more
