Surgery went well with Dr Davis PT went great with Dane and Marsha but the exit has been a stressful mess I have to have paperwork signed by the Dr to return to work and I'm due back in 3 days because my short term disability runs out and they are telling me it will be 10 to 15 days for signatures meaning now I'm going to have to use my PTO for time off because of signatures this is ridiculous and they charged me 20 for the signatures that I'm waiting for!
The PAs and Nurses we worked with today were outstanding! Very polite and sweet with my 6 year old daughter who was seen for her first broken bone. If the initial experience with reception or checkout team was even half as positive, this would be a 5-star review. Great help they are wonderful
So rude.
Ive called the clinic expecting a response after leaving a clear message on The dr nurses number. I've not had a return call. I can not receive my prosthetic till someone at the ortho institute completes their part. The Doctor did his job but the office fails at theirs. No return calls or necessary paperwork for me to walk right.
