Absolute professional and caring
Dr. Wills and his staff are excellent at what they do. After two TKR, I have zero pain and free to do things that knee arthritis kept me from doing. I have minimum scars and complete mobility. Thank you Dr. Wills to you and your staff!
I've been coming to Dr. Will for over a year which hasn't ever been a problem. But sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE! Please do better with the wait time! People have other things to do besides sit in a waiting room all morning.
