I have called the new clinic 4 times over a 2-week period to schedule my February appointment and can not get anyone to call me back. Now all of my medications are due for a refill and still no return call. The message says to call back after January 9th. Editing to say someone did finally call me back but I am very frustrated by the lack of staffing so far to handle the transition. Since I really think Marco is the best, I can't let the review sit low. But y'all need to update your phone message and get some more help over ... read more

After being with them for quite awhile, I suddenly could reach no one in the office. My refill Jan 9th was rejected without comment. I found out today about the change of management, but still can't reach anyone to make an appointment. Guess I've been fired.
