TOC in Scottsboro, AL is hands down the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They don’t care about their patients at all — just getting people in and out as fast as they can without actually providing decent care. Absolute waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The front desk personnel made it easy and there was no wait. Nurse Practitioner Lilly is a pro and answered all my questions, explaining what was necessary.
It was great. Staff was nice. I really liked Dr Seymore. He explains things the way you can understand it. Great place.
