Truly a five star experience from start to finish. As a 52 year old, who finally wanted to improve my smile, I found that Dr Roy's exceptional care with my braces over a two year period made the whole journey smooth and professional. Four years later, I found myself needing a replacement retainer, and their team - including the dedicated Anna - was just as accommodating and welcoming as they were on day one. I loved this place. Orthodontists like Dr G took considerable lengths to explain the whats, hows and whys of my braces. From start to finish Dr G and staff were amazing. It was a truely wonderful experience.
One of the most disappointing and insensitive healthcare experiences we’ve ever had. NOT a safe place for children who may be anxious or need the support of a parent. Have attended this practice on at least 6 occasions with 3 of my children individually with Dr Roy Goonawardene. At the most recent appointment for my 12 year old son what should have been a simple appointment for photographs as part of starting his braces we were met with a complete lack of empathy, consistency, and basic respect from the staff member Alexis. ... read more
Mike razor is useless incmpetent. He waisted 2 years of mine . I had to go eleswhere to fix his poor work.
