I had an amazing experience with Doctor Juson and the entire crew! I wore aligners for about 2.5 years after my initial consultation and I am incredibly happy with the result The overall experience was seamless. The team is very attentive and caring. Routine appointments were easy to schedule and everything was clearly explained. I never felt unsure or uneasy about their care. I'm really glad I went through with my decision! Thank you again!
Aware of Sensitivities, But Ignores Strong Odors I visited The Orthodontist & Co. for the first time, and the experience was very disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the space was overwhelmed by a strong perfume scent. As a healthcare practice, they know that patients can be sensitive to strong smells, so they should be far more considerate of heavy fragrances in their office. I had such a good experience with Dr. Juson and his colleagues from beginning to end. I used both locations UES and Queens plaza. Initial consultation was very thorough, all my questions were answered. Same for every other appointment. They use spark aligners. During the adjustment period you use an app to send in photos of your teeth and get feedback, as well as in-person check-ups. I’ve really enjoyed my time with the team at The Orthodontist & Co. Every member is so kind and friendly, from reception to the director, and I felt comfortable trusting them with my smile. The treatment took longer than originally planned (as most things do), but I’m glad they were willing to take the time for perfection and ensuring my bite improved.
