Used to love living here, and have lived here for over 3 years. Ever since June 3, Whole Foods has had portable AC units on the street level of Euclid that emit noise at decibel levels above the limits permitted by city ordinances all day and night. Haven't slept more than 4 hours a night since the noise began. Residents were assured by both Whole Foods and Orion management that the noise would end by July 10 when the units were removed. I have been living at The orion for the past two years! It has been a great living experience! 100% recommend. The property manager Dominique is very attentive and addresses property needs very rapidly and efficiently. Ryan, the assistant Manager is so sweet! He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in the St. Louis area. He has been a darling. He is extremely supportive and responsive to all my concern while living here at The orion. Great facilities and even better staff. Everyone here is so nice and it’s a great location. Shout out to the overnight receptionist Sherié who always goes above and beyond for the residents. Love this place.
