I needed the system overhauled, I called and got a price and set up the service. When the technician arrived, I asked him how do I pay for the service, check or credit card and he told me the office would call me when he finished. When he started the service our system was not leaking, after he changed the media and the pre-filter the connection to the pre-filter started to leak.
