We have been using Summer Breeze properties for the past 3 years and have very much enjoyed our experience. The properties have been on very quiet streets, great when traveling with grandkids..... the houses have been in convenient to local attractions and nicely furnished. Planning on using them for our future trips to the cape. Also, Julie has been excellent to work with, and her help has been greatly appreciated.
This is our second year staying at the Ocean Breeze property and we had another great vacation! It's a perfect location that is well situated for getting to all of our vacation activities, including morning walks at Nauset Beach with our 4 legged family member, jumping on the bike path for a ride up to PB's in Wellfleet to enjoy an afternoon lunch or riding in the other direction to Orleans or even further down to South Dennis to reach the beginning of the bike trail! We've been guests with the Nielsens' properties for four? five? years now. We stay at least once/year, sometimes twice/year. Every interaction via email and phone has been smooth and easy. We've had the pleasure of meeting the owners on several occasions, which made it much easier when we broke a lamp (so sorry, again) to just reach out and say we'd replaced it already!
