I scheduled an appointment for 9:20 for a bed cover install. Arrived on time and was told it would be about 2 hours. I had my wife pick me up so I could use my time wisely on a Saturday. Went back to the dealership around 12 as I never received a call that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived it seemed that whoever checked me in didn’t communicate with there fellow employees.
