My husband, daughter, and I went to Original Mattress store for the first time and I'm so glad we chose the Ballantyne location. Upon walking in, we were greeted by an amazing store manager Susan. We told her that we were starting in the market of looking for a new Mattress but was trying to figure out which one met our needs as far as comfort wise. Sam made this experience a breeze. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polite. We came into the store unsure of which direction we wanted to go and left with our King Set being set for delivery the following weekend. We are excited for our new mattress and would definitely recommend working with Sam on your next mattress purchase.
Great experience here. Came in more or less clueless, other than knowing I needed a new mattress. Sam was able to guide me through the choices to find a fit that was right for me and my budget. It was delivered directly to me exactly when they said it would be. Can't ask for much more.
