I absolutely love the new Orthos Ultra Plush and Orthos Ultra Pillow Top mattresses they have on the showroom floors now. So comfortable and a beautiful softer fabric to the touch I thought.
if you're thinking about buying a mattress from here- just don't, recommend shopping elsewhere. 1200 on a mattress that you can feel springs (coils?) after 14 months, (weighing 110 lbs) sure you can "return" by paying 300+ more, but why gamble & spend yet even more for mediocrity? I wake up every day aching, wishing I hadn't bought this awful mattress/box spring. never again & I warn everyone who even mentions buying a new bed to NOT GO HERE!!! lesson learned
Ordered a mattress and bed frame from here with the help of Linnea and she was amazing. Not once did she pressure us, or make us feel uncomfortable. She was extremely helpful and welcoming, and she made you feel as if you were old friends. Although we had a not so pleasant experience with the Cleveland store delivering the wrong bed frame and being apprehensive about fixing the issue, Linnea made sure to go as far as calling me back a couple days later to make sure that our problem was solved AND sent a letter out to us.
