Friendly, helpful, great service, great product.
After shopping around at several other places for a new mattress, we ended here. Joe was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and took his time to answer any questions we had. He wasn't pushy or trying to force a sale which my wife and I appreciated. We ended up purchasing, and delivery/haul away was a breeze. We think we will enjoy our new mattress for years to come!

So my wife is disabled and we needed a mattress with strong edges. We tried one from the largest mattress store around and it was all foam and broke down in 30 days. So I went into omf and found out they actually use metal for their frames, plus they will add edge support for free. so I bought one and loved it but needed a different model so I called to inquire and they gave me a new mattress for 75% off because they actually honor their warranty. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.
1 star for trash warranty and assuming customer caused the issue. Paid for new inner spring cause they said it wasn't cause of defective. Been 4 weeks and it's already starting to do the same. What's the point of warranty if the tech is going to just say it's customers fault. Smfh.
