My friend and I both purchased beds from Glenn at Woodbury yesterday. Glenn was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and personable. Glenn told us about the option to purchase a floor model at a very good price due to the store switching them out. The ordering process went very smooth and we are both looking forward to our new beds being delivered! Thank you Glenn!

I was very pleased with the guidance and level of service provided by Ember. She listened to my needs and provided several options and, after visiting Costco and HOM, I decided to purchase my mattress from the Original Mattress Factory. The cool thing about these mattresses is that they are made in Minnesota! I actually saw the production floor while returning older mattresses I swapped out for a great buy. We were in town moving our son into a rental house and had one day to get him set up. Stopped in to look at mattress and see what was in stock. Glenn Kray gave us the run down on different mattress and pros and cons and left us to make a decision. No high pressure sales or upgrades. He then offered to check other stores for floor models that were discounted. Found one and made arrangements to be moved closer to our location the same day! We picked it up later and no issues. my partner and i purchased a new mattress from here. we worked with glen, and he was very informative and helpful. he gave us space and time to decide what we wanted as well as chiming in to help make our decision. i hope this mattress lasts as long as he was saying, but regardless we had a great experience.
