My Husband and I purchased a new king size mattress set along with a new frame, some pillows and accessories. We worked with the store’s manager Glenn, he was super knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us through the decision process. The showroom was very clean and has easy to understand information on all the mattresses and products. Their prices are reasonable and fair, we had a great overall buying experience. My friend and I both purchased beds from Glenn at Woodbury yesterday. Glenn was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and personable. Glenn told us about the option to purchase a floor model at a very good price due to the store switching them out. I was very pleased with the guidance and level of service provided by Ember. She listened to my needs and provided several options and, after visiting Costco and HOM, I decided to purchase my mattress from the Original Mattress Factory. Love my new mattress
We were in town moving our son into a rental house and had one day to get him set up. Stopped in to look at mattress and see what was in stock. Glenn Kray gave us the run down on different mattress and pros and cons and left us to make a decision. No high pressure sales or upgrades.
