We were in town moving our son into a rental house and had one day to get him set up. Stopped in to look at mattress and see what was in stock. Glenn Kray gave us the run down on different mattress and pros and cons and left us to make a decision. No high pressure sales or upgrades. my partner and i purchased a new mattress from here. we worked with glen, and he was very informative and helpful. he gave us space and time to decide what we wanted as well as chiming in to help make our decision. i hope this mattress lasts as long as he was saying, but regardless we had a great experience.
The salesman was very helpful. Felt no pressure to buy. He called a few other stores to find a floor model set for me to save some money. Delivery was good. Appreciate that you can look up your delivery details online for a more precise delivery window.
