We are on our second mattress from this company. 1st time I was sold by their radio ads. Cutting out the middle man, ect, ect. Our 1st mattress was comfortable. Then it sagged on both ends towards the middle. We were surprised by the satisfaction guarantee they put on it. Not familiar with how it works, it cost an additional $900. Steep but we tried every bed there comparable to what we had. I'd say maybe a month later, same thing. My mattress sags on MY side, theads on the mattress are coming undone.
