Rob the owner/manager of the Cole Park Store, was extremely helpful in helping choose the mattress we wanted. No attempt to upsell, only discussions re what we wanted and what would work best for our needs. The delivery was on time, The two delivery personnel were pleasant, careful, quick. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Buyers beware… I purchased a latex mattress approx. $2,100. It felt great in the store but the support failed the first night. My partner and I couldn’t even sleep on it 1 full night. Their comfort policy is a joke. You can exchange your mattress but they will charge you a 25% restocking fee. The only other supportive mattress in the store is approximately $750. Meaning, if I followed through with the exchange, I would end up paying over $2,300 for a $750 mattress. Now we’re stuck with this awful situation.
