In November, I stopped in to the Original Mattress store on Harbourside Centre Loop and met Randy Harris. I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew I had chosen the right place. I knew what I was looking for and Randy made the whole process smooth and easy! He’s knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The delivery men were very nice and polite and friendly! I am very happy with my mattress, so comfortable! I would recommend this store highly.

Do not buy this product. They do not stand behind their product. I have a mattress that developed an indention big enough to float a boat and they refuse to refund or replace because according to them the indention, which they acknowledge just isn't deep enough for them. So unless you want to sleep in a hole, I suggest go elsewhere.

My wife and I purchased the Original Mattress Factory top of the line latex foam mattress. The mattress was great for 3-4 months then started sinking. We were still able to sleep on it until around month 9 when the support was completely gone. Both my wife and I would wake up many times throughout the night we severe back cramps. I called the store and asked for someone to come out and take a look at the mattress as it’s not quite a year old and we spent just under $2000 on it. Watched on line videos, especially your videos, learned everything possible, went to store twice, treated exceptionally well by Carl, (Mechanicsville, VA store) showed us the mattress cut-aways and became ultra-informed consumer. Chose an orthopedic Ultra Firm, and almost instantly solved our aching back problems from our 12 year old memory foam mattress. Figured out it was just plain worn out. PROCESS: My mother and I were in search of an extra long mattress for my cousin (7' 2"; he was sleeping corner to corner on a king-sized bed and his feet still hung off.) During a visit to another retailer, they recommended that we contact Original Mattress Factory - that they will make a custom-sized mattress. Both my brother and I purchased mid-priced mattressed from The Original Mattress Factory. He had to get rid of his after two years. I just got rid of mine. After about two and a half years it was sagging horribly. I followed the flip and rotation routine recommended. No luck. It wore out in a VERY short time, but not within the warrenty period. One of our biggest purchase regrets was an Original Mattress Factory (OMF) product. I hope this review spares you the physical pain and suffering that we experienced. The mattress is not firm – it is hard and unyielding. It has caused CONSIDERABLE discomfort on hips and shoulder pressure points. We purchased a $250 3-inch memory foam overlay to try and mitigate the hardness. Even this did not help with improve the comfort of the OMF mattress.
