There a lady who works here and her name is QUYSIANA hope I spelled her name right if not I apologize but she has to be recognized for not only her position but customer service as well I’ve had a few situations where she stepped in and handled the situation with ease and no problems. This place had really gone down. Service is really bad. You go to the windows & pay before sitting down due to no servers & they still expect tip. My plate was smoothered & messy, my mom ordered French toast & had to go back in line to ask for the syrup. If you need refills you go back up and pay. Everything on the menu is $16.99 or $17.99 that's it. So plate +drink is $20+/person Nothing but cops in there.
