My husband ordered cocido I order ham and eggs the food was not good at all. The flavor just wasn’t there and they gave my husband bad onion and cilantro they charge for these tiny salsa’s. We will not be back
I've been coming here for years because the food has always been delicious, and the portions have always made it feel like a great value. Unfortunately, my last two visits were a huge disappointment. After waiting in line with a group of people from church and telling them how great the red and green chile is here, I ordered several burritos to take home. I have been coming here for 20 years. Im so disappointed. Canasta covid is over! Bring back customer service and care. The cashier cuts me off when I express my concerns. They had no coffee mugs, no apology. They dont ask if I need salsa since they charge for it and its always inconvenient to go back up just to order it. The food is good but that is not enough when service is lacking. Things like this have happened on multiple occasions. Super sad!
