Went in and spoke to Mark. We looked around and explained we wanted to trade ours in for a different one due to wanting a smaller one for the space. He showed us options and saw pictures of ours. Mark said he would give $280 for trade in. Came back with the dryer and without even looking at our dryer again he said he would only give $50 and denied an accountability for what was said. They are liars. Stay clear.

Had a washer and dryer that I needed picked up. Quick response and polite personnel
Was a little skeptical as any consumer is purchasing a fairly large ticket of goods. But gotta say Keller Appliance came through with flying colors:) greeted at door, took right up to addressing what we wanted, sales guy was good with efficiently writing up ticket and because we had been without a washer dryer for a few weeks he said they would try their best to deliver the next day in afternoon...
