Fair price and good people
Really regretting my decision to do business here. Bought a new fridge here last week. Was told they would install and throw in a free ice maker hose. The free hose they gave us looks like they’ve been using it in the back warehouse for the last 20 years. Like most appliance stores had to sign an agreement that they were not responsible for any damages during installation. We’ve done this with other companies and never had an issue. My husband and I just bought a new washing machine from Keller Appliance. Mark was very helpful in explaining the merits of choosing new vs. used options, as well as the features and technology of the units we asked him about. Once our selection was made, Mark completed the sale and arranged a convenient installation date. Keller Appliance set up the new machine and hauled away our old one. They beat the prices from home depot on a washer and dryer, delivery and installation. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We're very happy with their service!
