Was overcharged $22.00. When we called to get a refund the employee told us "oh yes she's been overcharging people all day". Fast forward over a month later and we have several promises from someone named Tanya and owner Don DePetrillo himself that it has been taken care of when it has not. Blantant thievery! Do not shop here!

I would not order from this company. I've had an extremely bad experience trying to get a refund on an order that I cancelled because I no longer needed it. I was never told that I was going to be charged up front for the order, just that they needed my credit card in order to place the order I thought it was to hold it until I picked it up. I've been trying to get my money back for almost 2 weeks now and still nothing. I keep being told that only one person knows how to credit and and that she has been out of the office. I ... read more
