Adam was professional, very knowledgeable and completely transparent with his pricing was in and out, and I had my door working again in about an hour. Amazing technician and a fantastic company. If you ever need garage repair or install would recommend time and time again.
I called them late yesterday afternoon to replace a broken spring. Nate was here at 9 a.m. this morning to replace the springs, tube, drums and bearings. We have lived in this house for 34 years and this is the only company I’ve ever used for garage door problems. I highly recommend them.
I completely screwed up my garage door trying to install a new opener. Unfortunately, going with a brand new door was the only logical option. I reached out to Door Doctor and the next morning Adam was at my house giving me a quote. I was in a rush to get a new door in as I was going on a trip in 2 days.
