We have been The Original Bugman customers for several years. Just wanted to take a minute and let you all know that Johnny does a great job! He was on time, polite and thorough. All of your techs have done a great job taking care of us throughout the years. Thanks for your good service!
We have made two appointments over the summer and both times NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP AND NO ONE HAS CALLED to explain, apologize or reschedule. We called today (the day of our 2nd appointment that was also ignored) and was told they will get in touch with the “office manager” and still NO ONE HAS CALLED. Today’s appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am and here it is 1:00 pm and still, no one has shown or called.
