The reason for 1 star is that 2 appointments were set up and your company didn't bother to honor either of them. I do not feel as if you cared about my business. You did call but both times I was told you were "held up on another project". Not a good way to run a business at all. My time is valuable and your customer service is very poor.
We had an excellent experience with Original Budget Tree Service. Workers arrived on time, clearly outlined their plan, and conscientiously trimmed several of our trees. Our trees look great! And the workers left our property in perfect condition.
The guys did a great job removing and hauling away my large bush I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
We have used Original Budget Tree many times and their service and pricing are awesome! They recently removed 5 large pine trees and trimmed 2 giant arbor vitaes with a crew operating in precision. Everything completely cleaned up, stumps ground, no damage to my lawn, all within 3-4 hours. Definitely recommend them. Just want to say a big Thank You to OBT for the savings on my next tree cutting (this fall) simply for posting about their great service! Let’s support this bhsiness - they do great work!!
