I saw BWB for the 1st time today visting a friend in Lake Nona. Having never been I pulled uptp the window to order. Pembe created me with smile and a good morning. I told her I'd like to place an order, she let me know they dont take window orders you have to pre-order thru the app. She politely explained it. Told me she would help me since it was my 1st time and I didn't know. She was amazing, offered suggestions, was patient while ai placed the order. I used to come to Brooklyn Water Bagel regularly when I lived in Sanford. I always looked forward to the food and coffee here, and have been sad to see recently that the quality has greatly declined. Service has been iffy. Went a little after 1PM and was told they were out of several popular bagels (plain, everything, etc.). While I understand it’s a bagel shop—and closes earlier than most restaurants—I was a bit surprised to see a lack of popular and foundational flavors available. First time trying Brooklyn Water Bagels and the lovely lady up front was so sweet and kind helping me figure out the menu and coffee selections. They were patient and so sweet! I will be back.
I ve been coming for years passed 6 The DARK ROAST COFFEE is not the same has been more Light Roast. I have spoken to GM several times and employee's and Nothing has been done. Please Fix
