I visited Original Big Momma’s food truck this past weekend in Blue Springs. The ooey gooey butter cake was amazing! Fresh, soft, gooey and buttery! I also tried the wings fried with no sauce and they were also delicious, crispy, and very well seasoned! Their customer service was excellent! Very nice people!
Happened to check their food truck out down in downtown lee summit and i will say 10/10 on food and service everything was cooked to perfection and the owners were so welcoming and catered to my request of wings and flavors! Defs check them out
Happened to see the food truck parked at Hy-Vee in Liberty and decided to give them a try. I had bbq wings with greens, yams and mac & cheese. Everything was 10/10 except the wings which were 11/10. Exceptional. I wish they were a permanent fixture in Liberty because soul food options north of the river are basically nonexistent. I also had a sample of the gooey cake and the pasta and spent the rest of the night wishing I had purchased servings of them as well. The service was as good as the food. Must try.
